Terms of Service

Marv Inbox is a B2B messaging operations workspace. Access is currently invite-based and provisioned through a guided onboarding process. These Terms of Service apply to all users and workspace administrators who access the platform.

Each workspace is responsible for maintaining the security of its login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your workspace account, including actions taken by team members you provision.

You must comply with the acceptable-use policies of every messaging channel you connect to Marv Inbox, including Meta's Business Messaging Policy for WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate end-user consent before initiating conversations or sending messages to customers.

Workspace data — including conversations, contacts, message history, and integration configurations — belongs to the customer. We process it on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your workspace data for advertising, model training, or any purpose outside of delivering the service.

We aim to maintain high availability of the platform. However, we do not offer a formal service-level agreement for free or trial-tier workspaces. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated to workspace administrators in advance where possible.

Marv retains ownership of the platform software, infrastructure, and all intellectual property related to the service. You retain ownership of your workspace data. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely to operate and improve the service for your workspace.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Marv is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the service or applicable law. We will notify workspace administrators by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.
